JayCee Enterprises VW Carburetor, 52mm BGD, Billet Aluminum
The JayCee Enterprises BGD Series Carburetor starts life as a 16-pound solid block of 6061 T-6 aluminum that is then CNC machined. Hand assembled with custom made billet venturis, billet velocity stacks and billet jet deflectors utilizing black oxide hardware. Included in this is a profiled throttle shaft, sealed shaft bearing and our industry exclusive billet booster that is dyno proven to increase horsepower and torque. The BGD Carburetor has the same outer dimensions and bolt pattern as the standard IDA or EPC Carbs that help to conceal the oversized float bowl. Months of Flow Bench and Dyno Testing have made these Carburetors perform as well as they look. Available in 3 sizes: 48mm, 52mm, & 58mm. Carburetors are sold each. Made in USA
