Minimum Order Total
We have a US $25.00 minimum for orders. Your order must total at least US $25.00 before any taxes or shipping before it can be placed on our online store.
Special Orders
It is always S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories goal to satisfy all of your product needs, even if a product is low in stock or temporarily sold out. Many items are available by special order in cases where our current inventory does not satisfy your need. Special Order/Custom Items cannot be returned. These items are made/ordered for your specific vehicle. Special Order/Custom Items include, but are not limited to: Seat Upholstery, Carpet, Door Panels, and Headliners. Please verify that the information provided for a custom item is correct before placing your order. Special Order/Custom Items are generally not available on our website. We can only accept returns on Special Order/Custom items in the event of a manufacturer error. Please read the special order requirements below, then contact Sales at 1-406-545-1835 for additional information and assistance with your special order.
- Special Orders must be a minimum of 25 pieces of the same item.
- Special Orders must total a minimum of $250.
- Special Orders/Custom Items are not returnable and can not be cancelled once order is placed.
- Payment must be received in full prior to S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories placing a Special Order/Custom Item with our supplier/manufacturer.
Shipping Rates
Our website calculates the exact shipping cost for each order based on the weight. This rate is calculated on the ZIP code, State or Country contained in your shipping address. This rate is quoted directly from UPS, FedEx and USPS. If your order contains many OVERSIZED or HEAVY items such as Bumpers, Fenders, large sheet metal or heavy engine parts, we may need to adjust the shipping prices. We will not ship any order which needs a shipping cost adjustment WITHOUT contacting the customer for confirmation first. We do reserve the right to CANCEL any order and return the customers payment if we cannot come to an agreement on extra shipping costs.
Overseas/International Customers
Overseas/International customers may be required to provide S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories with extra fraud protection information prior to the order shipping. Please note that the card will be charged and funds held till the additional fraud protection information has been received. Rest assured that S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories ships most international orders without requiring this extra fraud protection information. S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories is always improving fraud protection software for not only S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories safety, but for your safety as well, so all customers feel comfortable ordering at S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories.

Warranty Disclaimer
All stock replacement parts sold by S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories are warranted against defects for 6 months. S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories will replace free of charge or credit your account at our discretion. You must contact our returns department to verify warranty return eligibility, if eligible, the returns department will issue a warranty return authorization number ( WRA ). Customer must bear the cost of shipping on any return regardless of the problem. Send item(s) shipping prepaid with the WRA clearly displayed on the outside of your box. Failure to do so may result in your return being refused. S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories cannot be held responsible for third party expenses, such as installation charges, storage, towing, lodging, etc. No warranty or return on Electrical, Carburetors, Books, Specially Ordered, Custom Hi-Performance Parts, Installed or Altered Parts. Please inspect items for defects BEFORE installation.
Limitation of Liability
S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products.
Typographical Errors
In the event that a S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, S&S Aircooled Parts and Accessories shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
