VW Spring Plate Bushing, Stock, Rubber
Over the years your stock rubber bushings have taken a lot of abuse and should be replaced. These are the bushings Volkswagen used for all its passenger cars. Don't be fooled they are different and should be replaced according to the chart below. Replacing these bushings will realign the rear suspension the way Volkswagen intended it. For a high horsepower street car you could use a slightly stiffer bushing by using the Black or Red Urethane options from Bugpack/EMPI.
Application Information: Using stock spring plates for the following years. In 1968 Volkswagen introduced the Auto-stick and this option used an IRS rear suspension.
